Bruce Milton is an Associate of Lee & Associates-LA/North Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. During his more than 30 years serving the commercial real estate interests of landlords, tenants and developers, Mr. Milton has developed an excellent understanding of the marketing and disposition of anchored and community shopping centers, land parcels and mixed-use projects. He provides landlords and tenants with in-depth market analysis, innovative strategies, and expert transaction management. For many years Mr. Milton has assisted a variety of local, regional and national retailers, including grocers, soft goods, restaurants, automotive and commercial uses, in evaluating new store sites for lease or purchase. His services include competitive analysis and expert negotiation of new leases, renewals and the purchase of buildings or land sites. Among his notable clients, Mr. Milton has represented America’s Tire Store/Discount Tire Co. in metropolitan Phoenix and the State of Arizona for over 25 years in the acquisition of 40 units for this national retailer.

Mr. Milton also has extensive experience assisting in the selection process of retail and mixed use commercial development projects and redevelopment opportunities for developers and, as a result, he has a good working knowledge of general construction and interior improvement construction.

His leadership and team building skills and unwavering focus on clients’ goals have earned Mr. Milton many long term relationships and resulted in the successful completion of more than $1 billion in sales and leases in his career.
