Mitch started his career in commercial real estate brokerage in the Baltimore market in 1988. Within his first six months, on a cold call, he landed a 100,000 square foot warehouse lease with Universal Marble & Granite Company. Since then he has brokered more than 1,000 commercial real estate sales and leases.
Mitch has worked nearly every type of commercial real estate transaction including building sales, office leases, industrial park representation, flex leases, build-to-suits, industrial and commercial land sales, truck terminal sales and leases, industrial waterfront properties, brownfields, renovations, and long-term ground leases.
Corporations and organizations Mitch has concluded real estate transactions with include: ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, The Johns Hopkins University, Kennedy Krieger Institute, National Aquarium in Baltimore, The Coca Cola Company, Denny’s Restaurants, United Rentals, CSX Transportation, 84 Lumber, United Cerebral Palsy, Meals on Wheels, Menlo Industrial Park, and Music & Arts Centers.
A native of the area, he holds a Masters of Administrative Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University, 1982, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western Maryland College, 1978.
